The regional gazette published an intervention framework for women affected by sexual violence. It includes assessment of needs, risks and possible drug-facilitated assault.
Access to support
The text provides for telephone, online and in-person assistance, accompaniment and professional coordination. Crisis support is separate from a decision to report.
The legal basis for the service
Article 35 of Organic Law 10/2022 defines crisis centres as continuously available psychological, legal and social support services. Their remit includes relatives and people close to victims. The Andalusian protocol sets out how that response is organised regionally; these support services do not replace the healthcare a person may require.
