Only 4.3% of surveyed survivors disclosed their assault to services or authorities

The study examines 583 young participants reporting drug-facilitated sexual assault in party settings.

Researchers from Complutense and Alcalá universities distinguished disclosure to friends or relatives from contact with services. Some 78.2% had told only their close social circle; 17.5% had told nobody.
